Hmmm dosnt seem to be the pump. Bugga.....
When she dies it just shuts down straight away. If i remove the fuel pump fuse and let it run dry it idles rough and takes a long time to shut off. Different to when im driving and it goes. There is talk of a TCM or ASD whatever they are but when i remove the TCM fuse or relay it shuts down in a similar but shows lights on the dash.

Im lost.

I think ASD is the Auto Shut Down circuit, I know there is an ASD relay in there and I've read somewhere blokes that have reported similar symptoms to your car have replaced the ASD relay and it fixed it.

I have checked the error codes out which i didnt know you could do....how cool. im getting the error P0320... which is to do with the crank shaft sensor signal cannot be found while engine is cranking.... Does this mean i need a new sensor? is it a common problem? where is it located and how mauch to fix?

cheers.

I would say replace the sensor first and see what happens. I have had numerous sensors fail which is a pain in the ar.. but normally has not been anything else but the sensor. Not quite sure where the crank shaft sensor is as I haven't had that one fail yet (touch wood). good luck with it & let us know how how yoiu go.
