Personally I'm looking at tyres width around 285~295 which would look good on that. And yes, Hurricanes give you 2" extra clearance and 1" wider than stock.
There are flat fenders out there which is stock width and there are some narrower than stock, so just beware of the one you choose.

Thanks. I'm looking at the MT ATZ P3 which would be 295's. Also saving up for a set of the AEV Savegre's to run those on. I believe legally in WA we're not supposed to have any of the tyre sticking out from the fenders (?) but I reckon can get away with a cm or so. Just want to stretch the wide look as far as allowed.

What lift are you running? That looks sweet.

Ive got 33's on a 2.5" and after seeing this I feel like ordering new flares and cutting my stock ones to tide me over until they arrive.

That's what I am looking at for my next set of rubber as well. fun police doesn't like anything that sticks out, I believe that's across the country not just WA.
I'll have to save up for new rims as well since stock rims doesn't work well with 295s unless putting spacers on. AEV Savegre looks nice, it's high on my list as well. will have to see how much i can save.

Haha that's true. Will just have to stick within the legal limits. Sadly I missed out on the billion dollar powerball winning ticket so the saving continues...

By the way, you can take a look at my build thread. I did have a pic for front of my JKU with 275 tyre. It just tucked in a little bit inside fenders.
