For an 8" rim I believe it's 19mm offset (3.75" back spacing)

At least that's what I run with crackers and the width about right. Tyres here are 32x11.5

You hear stories about EVERY brand of plastic pocket style flare cracking...wethers it's true or not they still all look awesome!

I will be getting some smittybilt or rugged ridge ones so at least when and if they do crack i haven't wasted a grand on bushwackers. the smittybilts are identical looking and are only 300 including delivery.

I have heard about paint damage from the old flare showing with these sometimes but doesn't bother me as i am getting alot of paint work done ATM

It;s not the just the brand of flare, but the style.
Any brand that have that exposed bolt look will be likely to crack becuase of the mounting surface area compared to the stock style.
Bushwacker, Smitty Built & Rugged Ridge all make one in this style.
Bushwacker flat is no where near as vunerable to cracking. Nor is the Rudge Ridge 7" stock style.
Not stories - seen in the flesh several times.
6" flares will not provide full tyre coverage for 12.5" wide tyre on 8" rim with 4" or less BS.
