an rtr axial is not the go if u want a basher yes its a bit faster on the dirt but way to fast for the rocks...they also have plastic susp arms that will bend and fatigue easy... buy the kit form axial has the "betty" body on it is better

correct... and you get spare in the betty kit... extra rod ends and stuff
the control arms are alloy

Well after all that I bought the RTR on the ebay link along with some alloy control arms from the US to replace the plastic ones as they seem to be the biggest complaint of RTR owners, price for the truck was $350 and $17 for 4 alloy links with tierod ends (ebay US, and that includes shipping) Now I just need a 45T motor ($18 from the US) and I'm set for now.

hey good to hear your into the r/c scene bit of work and the rtr will be a good truck my lil bro has 1 on the way but can i sugest a 55t motor with 8t pinoin 45 will be quick a mate has that set up and punchy still but also torquey aswell if u dont like it still u have more pinion options where if u have a 45t u will start on a 6 and still go fast go to "The Crawlpit.com" its the place to be if u have an r/c

Might go the 55T then, bit easier to get on ebay than the 45T anyway, yep already on the crawlpit

good to hear u can go to any hobbie shop and get a 55t a good 1 is hpi 55t they also do a 45 bout $35
