We had an 03 4L Grand, it chewed threw juice like no ones business to the point that i put it on gas. 18L/100km is not my idea of fun, gas saved my from ringing Luke's neck.

I know the guy who is selling this one.

Reasonably high K's but all books 9so I was told) and is local (Sunshine Coast). it's the one I drove. Was pretty sweet in all respects although you can tell the difference at idle between it and a V8. Driving there was little difference.

thanks had a look, milage is a bit high but looks and sounds good. Will put it on the list. the shortlisted trucks will be going to Hammond for inspection. Have another one in Brisbane that has 110,000 klms also private sale.

Looks like the XR has sold will know in the next couple of days, i will then be able get really serious about my search.

Still havent decided which way to go ?????????????????????????????

I heard the 4L I6 Uses almost as much fuel as a V8 But has the performance of a Diesel.
That's a lose lose situation.

Hi all

Just sold the car and am now seriously looking around. Looking at a few different vehicles both v8 and diesel. I will look at both. Seems to be a few around. Some asking unreasonable prices...........

What sought of range are you V8 drivers getting out of one tank?

Any more comments.
