Its really easier than you think disconnecting the JK clips, be gentle and do it right and the come off easily. Make sure they are clean and not junked with mud...then just push the black hose fitting "on" a tad and gently squeeze the two blue clips on either side in and then move the black hose fitting away over the blue clip.
If you have to force it...doing it wrong.
You could even wrap the tail of a used 3mm zip tie (the bit you throw away after fitting one)around the blue clip to gently contract it using one hand as you gently move the black hose off with the other.
Once you do one you will see how easy it is...just make sure when you go to re-fit a hose that the blue inner has to line up with the black outer, but again, easy, the blue inner spins easily.
