Do you turn left at the end of Deans gap rd onto Yalwal rd? Does yalwal rd lead you to the camping ground? Or are you camping at wombat flats?What channel will you be on? Sorry about the ?????'s Will hopefully get down on Saturday.

Yes if you turn left off Dean's Gap onto Yalwal rd that will lead you to the camp ground, we will either be at the main camp (Yalwal rd) or at wombat flats, not sure what familys are going but we will be there - channel 16 call sign Bunyip or look for the ACT plates, COR4x4 stickers

Sorry I couldn't catch up with you guys. Was called into work on sat and sun. I managed to get down on Monday but it was a mess.... Had a few mates in standard 4wds and road tyres that ended our day once we got 300 mtrs up monkey gum past the 6 stager entrance.
Never again!! if it ain't a jeep then don't bother!

Default slippery when wet!!!

Hey all!!

trip went well except for one of the trailers had a blow out, the spare had a hole took the guy from 4pm till 1 am to get from deans gap road back to south side canberra aaarrrhhh!!! - outherwise all good - a little rain sent the sand stone around yalwal into what felt like a big pin ball machine - 1st time i drove 6 stage and in MY opinoin it was a bit over rated was excpecting carnage their was only the last step we all winched up - my computer crashed a soon as i uploaded the pics but there is a few on outers in trips/tracks - oh but everyone here would like to know - the JEEP KICKED ASS
