Very sus. There are no photos of the mounting equipment, and the big steel carrier is a sizeable item that should have been shown. A light kit is nothing, you can still buy those, its the steel carrier subframe and the necessary bolts and backing nut plates that are inserted into the chassis rails that are required to make this useful.

History: TJM had a fire in the SEQLD warehouse and the remaining stock of these alloy bars were sold at auction as fire sale (water damaged) stock as is. I know because I bought one from the guy that bought a bunch of them. The first one he sent me was bent from being dropped, he replaced it thankfully but took the bent one back to try and sell again (apparently was going to try and straighten it out). Not all of the ones he bought had the carrier and mounting kit. Some of these orphan bars are still popping up on ebay. So buyer beware - ask to see photos of the steel carrier, and the mounting kit components (especially the long bolts and the backing bars with the nuts welded to them).

photos of mounting brackets etc are up on ebay and also in the KJ forum. bar still available.

if not sold i suppose i might just have to mount it myself! just worry about cutting away the panels (i'm not usually the neatest workman!)

btaylor made it look so easy, but to date i have not been game....

That's very nice! Especially in black.
Still can't believe crowler hasn't sold it, I'm almost tempted but for YankeeDave's bar. Can't go past the fact that it will be stronger, fit better around the lights / indicators and be ADR compliant for KK.

Looking real good KrazyBJ! What winch did you go with?

Do you know how heavy your alloy bar was? Yankee Dave's steel bar will be ~42kg. If my front end starts to sag with my current Lovell coils I'll upgrade but I'll put it on first with the winch and see how they hold up. KKnut should be ok as he went with Stu's 3" HD coils and had Stu take the weight of the bar into account ahead of time.
