@izzy, we don't expect every one to volunteer for this event, and depending on numbers attending we will know how many hands on deck we would need. Any small prize that relates to camping/4wd/Jeep would be great.

@Andy, Yes we are aware that the distance from Perth might not accommodate all and we hope that some will look at it as an opportunity too take a few extra days off and make it a road trip holiday and explore some other sights in the area. Similar to what we did when we drove from Perth to Melbourne for the 2010 Jamboree which was a bit further . Andy I am sure there will be a small Albany convoy attending maybe join in and make it an group adventure .

Think its a great idea would love to help out any way i can but as stated your numbers might be low just because of the distance to travel to get there
