And really that's what something with the name trailhawk should be, not a cosmetically tarted up stocker. Pretty disappointed when I saw the current Trailhawk doesn't even come with good rubber.

These Concept's always look spectacular but never seen to make there way into production, I pray to the god’s of mud and rock that I’m wrong this time but I can,t see the “enlarged wheel openings with custom fender flares” making it into production.
I recon the design team who thought this up should get the job of fixing up the new Liberty/Cherokee.

Maybe your right, but then, maybe your not. All the options ticked on the current Trailhawk add up to exactly what I want, the tyres fitted also look to be a perfect mix for road and off road, did you seriously expect a MT tyre?

Don't mean to offend but the tyres I saw in the ad just looked like a different brand of H/T tyre. Certainly better than the Kuhmo crap but I would expect a true A/T tyre for something trying to give the impression of a true trail rig or trail rated rig. It's still a nice car but still missing the mark and a little disappointing for me. It should have A/T tyres and twin locking diffs or at least a rear one. I mean they go to the trouble of rock rails. Bit like putting the rock rails only on the WJ Overland model. Or Nissan and Toyota in the old days only putting locking diffs in their $100,000 top spec models that rarely used to get bought for offroad.

It should be standard with A/T with maybe the option to downgrade to H/T's for anyone buying it just for looks or on road only use. Toyota are just as guilty with their Kakadu models although that name is not as provocative.

The tyres are a genuine AT tyre, google Goodyear Silent armor. I agree regarding the locking diffs but this is still the most off road biased vehicle in its class bar none, which does not say a lot when you look at the competition.

I am looking into the diff upgrades, well at least the front.
