If it still goes, get yourself back to civilization before playing with too much.
First thing i would try is disconnecting the battery for a short time, maybe connect the + & - leads to discharge every thing. Check all main connections.
sorry I cant be more help.

I am pretty sure that no single under dash fuse is going to cause all of these faults, radio, tail lights, hazards etc, too many different circuits...

I agree with JJ, jeeps don't have inline fuses do they ? It's a hard one to trouble shoot as there could be multiple causes.. It couldn't be one of the Earthing points is faulty ? I have heard the jeeps don't like having dirty earths

The way I would try and take the problem is start from something easy such as an indicator and bypass it all with your own constant power and ground, if the indicator works remove your ground and use the factory ground, if it works again start working your way back towards the cluster

Check the main power wire which goes into the multi pin plug in the steering column. Common for these to deteriorate and burnout/fail.

Thanks Rain & Darkside, yes 98 how'd you guess
Back at home on me computer now (was on the phone earlier with 1 bar of reception and 4% battery).
I've tried resetting the Computer to no luck and I can't seem to find a damaged fuse anywhere.
I'm leaning to JJ's point, it cant be a single fuse (although single fuses do service multiple circuts).
MS, I suspect so, a common earth must have come loose (Im thinking Pasesnger kick panel, dipstick, or even battery.
