Default EVO MFG - NoLimits Manual Rubicon Swaybar Disconnect

Yep had mine for over a year and it great....I have a new disconnect motor in shed... For the day I sell....it will work for the new owner..
Please note......when you disconnect the motor the alarm will flash so get yourself an aev programmer (can't remember name) and turn it off.

what are the issues that make people go and buy this unit over the electrics?

reason I ask is electrically my unit is fine. I had trouble with the mechanics of it all. I found mine would disconnect but not reconnect. I stripped it down to find that because my jk overflexes and possibly pulls down adainst the seals in the disconnect stretching them, I get water in which tends to help sieze the selector fork in the aluminium housing. I cleaned it all up and greased everything again and now everything works I tend to steer clear of deep water these days as I also lost a warn winch in the same manner.

Once the water gets into the circuit board they are stuffed then they just keep popping up errors.

It's all good while things are under warranty but once out you will not want to fork out around 5k to get it replaced.

Mine failed just before my warranty ended and I had it replaced but the second only lasted 12 months so purchased an EVO.
