Rear demister fell off

When ours went we mentioned it to the service manager who said "But you've got a big dog." We told him the dog won't stay in the back so he changed the glass at the at the same time as doing the service.
I guess we've been lucky, have not had anything major and the little gripes have been fixed quickly.

if ever they refuse you a warranty claim - bring out your big dog!
