I actually like the way it works.
In my opinion, the two biggest faults with it are:
The average dog in the bush doesn't understand the concept, therefore, cannot use it to the best advantage, and.,
I don't think most owners know they have it and don't really care. I mean, who reads the techy bits in the owners manual?
I personally find that it works really well. You can tell when it gets a real hammering by the smell of burning brakes.
This could easily be mistaken for a slipping clutch.
And finally, this is far from being new fang dangled technology. It has been applied to farm and earthmoving equipment for about 100 years.
