Fair call, but DBOR shouldn't feed you BS when you ask - the Jeep aftermarket world in Aus is a heck of a lot smaller than the Toyota/Nissan/etc worlds so there's more to lose from them feeding BS to you than with the other brands due to how few Jeep specialists there are around

Whitemeat.... I don't see any suggestion of DBOR feeding bullshit to him, the way I read it he's yet to even speak to them..... so an odd comment.

Perhaps your words came out in the wrong order..... but other wise...

I would have gone back to DBOR first and foremost due to the servicing, etc then asked opinions / advice which is why my wording isn't the greatest (and nap time)

Pretty sure this is just the way it was written. I read it as 'ask DBOR, they won't bs you'.

Had 35s on a d30 since 2007, and have been running 4.88 for the past three years with 35s, I had my first breakage at Camp Coffs this year, and it was the planetary gears (very unusual), nil pinion or crown gear issues and nil bent housings.
Its simple if you don't abuse it it should be fine.
