I have the Provent 200 on mine and very happy with it. Had one on my WH as well.
My mechanic also likes the Provent. So much so that he put one on his own 4WD.

Cheers, Craig

I fitted a Flashlube Catch Can, Used the original hose on the outlet side of the can and just needed some 19mm hose for the inlet side.
If you go for the Provent make sure you get an genuine one, not the Provent Style one, these are a Chinese copy and I know a couple of people that have issues with them, ended up pulling them out and fitting a Flashlube.
The genuine ones are good, just a lot of fakes out there.

Thanks all for the advise.

We couldn't find a specific kit for the GC. Measured the pipe and the fitting for the 'breather' and ordered a generic kit from Western Filters in Sydney. I do wonder if this pipe can be just blocked ?? Strictly for off road use of coarse

Trevor,
Are the Flashlube cans smaller than the Provent 200? Not a lot of room to mount the can, so a more compact model has some merit I reckon.

Don't think you should block the vent hose mate, that would pressurise the sump, cause leaks etc. What you could do is vent it to atmosphere and then you would be 100% guaranteed that no oil is going in your air intake system. Eliminate the need for a can altogether.

Thanks Troutman, it was just a thought and I wondered if this
'recirculation' hose was possibly just an Australian /Californian spec ! Kit is on the way. Its a Provent 200. Just gotta work out where to put it when it arrives. Think I saw Sterling Sal made a bracket that looked quite neat
