Both these things over hang the sensor holes I had incorporated into the bar. So the thing constantly 'detecting' an object. The sensors have a wiring harness so I just pulled it and installed a $20 reverse camera (Aliexprese). Camera is a lot more useful so you won't miss the sensor.
I've been trying to decide what the old sensor which could now be used for given its all in place and wired up with no job to do.

You could always use them as front sensors for when your entering a ditch or up an embankment.
