Yeah should have mentioned that. 2004 3.7 V6.
I'll be doing the install myself. Something for me to do over the weekend

get a shop to install the springs onto the shocks normal spring compressors will not do the job.

This is what I Have in the front with the EFS springs:


I keep thinking it's too compressed at rest to me, but that's what the company recommended for the V6 with no bull bar. It's been in to multiple mechanics since (including the ones who installed it) and noone's told me they're not right it's just a gut feeling.

These are the fronts on our KJ. Not sure what specs they are as they were on the Jeep when we brought it - Deso and no bar etc up front, rought guess is 2inch higher then standard.. The shocks are Ironman so assume the springs are as well.
