Symptomatic of battery failure. Could be alternator at fault as well, but regardless of that your 2012 battery would be at the end of its life expectancy.

11 mths ago I paid $744 for a new Jaylec* alternator from US Auto Parts in Brisbane (07 3040 9111). It arrived on my doorstep in Melbourne within 4 hours of placing the order, pretty impressive, obviously they have distributors around the country.

*Part no. 65-8536 for the diesel unit

My mech. fitted it for $198 (90 mins work). Dealer had quoted $880 for an OEM unit PLUS a min. of $600 to fit it (4 hours labour!!!)

Had a new battery fitted at the same time from RACV - cost $425 including fitting and disposal of the old original.

Don't know if this has been fixed yet, but it should be fixed under goodwill. Seems there's an unofficial recall on them. Mine was fixed by FCA, biggest problem was the stealer who kept the car for over two weeks before even attempting to diagnose problem.
