The only issue i have found is there feels like some body roll in the cars, is that normal? The one I am currently looking at is a 2014, it has only done 50k kms, however it has a little bit of body roll still. Lots better than the 2011 i was looking at.
It does have a check engine light, the salesman is trying to tell me it is just from a flat battery. Any sugeestions if its true?

Wranglers do come with body roll free of charge. That's the nature of American made vehicles. My JK had it and I changed out the OEM 2" lift shocks with Fox Racing Shocks from SBR offroad and it tightened the suspension right up.
My Grand Cherokee has a Ironman 4X4 2" lift and it rolls like a boat. I'm thinking of changing it out as it doesn't handle as good as my JK did.
A check engine light could be anything, Jeeps have so many sensors that it maybe something minor and it might clear itself. A check engine light will clear if whatever fault triggered it doesn't appear after around 20 cycles of the ignition.
The dealer may be right, but for peace of mind, I wouldn't be touching that vehicle until you find out what the actual code was. The fact that the dealer hasn't cleared the code themselves is a worry as it's easy enough to do with a $20 Engine Data Scan Gauge.
