Funny I have this weird clunk from front left and feels/sounds like something is loose. Outside of tyre has worn also so was thinking maybe control arm bush. About to do a service so will check the links out. Mine has done 60k km.

I've booked it into the Jeep dealership I bought it from and asked them to look at the swaybar links before anything else.

Even though it's a 2015, it wasn't registered until late 2017 so not only does it have the balance of new car warranty, it's also covered under their used vehicle warranty, so either way, I shouldn't be paying for it.

The Jeep dealer uses Toyota's Service department so here's hoping they are better than most Jeep dealership service centres

The dealership have confirmed that the sway bar link bushes are shot and will replace them under warranty.

Unfortunately they only had the left one in stock so I have to wait until the right side comes in and they'll replace them, hopefully by the end of the week.

They must of tightened something up though as it's nowhere near as bad as it was before taking it to them.

Even though it was through Toyota's service department, I certainly can't complain about Cessnock Jeep. They have been really good.

If the sway bar bolts are not torqued tight enough it will clunk.

Very unlikely both would be shot, if any at all.

Both Pedders and the dealership have looked at them and both came up with the same diagnoses that both sides should be replaced.

They are getting changed out on Monday under warranty.
