For the P1030 low oil viscosity check your oil life % against the km travelled on the oil - a 1% reduction = approx 200km travelled so the % reduction should roughly equate to multiples of 200.
The P2010 Intake manifold runner control may be a result of carbon buildup in the inlet manifold which is a manifold off cleaning job (check /replace the turbo coolant rubber hose whilst the manifold is off).
If a workshop offers to clean the intake manifold (whilst still on the engine) using an aerosol cleaner ask them if they are going to do a forced regen on the DPF beforehand & afterwards to remove all the dislodged carbon which can potentially block the DPF & cause other issues ie: excessive vehicle induced DPF regens (due to increased pressure differential across the DPF), increased fuel consumption & fuel dilution of the engine oil (low viscosity)
