That is a typical JEEPNY found in the phillipines, they actually build them there on the basis of the WWII jeeps left behind there after the war. Thay use them as mini buses, go there and you'll find thousands of them.
Might have to use it as a test-bed for the jambo show&shine criteria. Technically it should win but an injustice of that degree could upset the balance of the entire universe!
