Those tops were SO HEAVY they made the CJ topple over - so we took it off and stuck some canvas over the top.
The top (almost) pictured has done a sterling job of protecting the lawnmower from the elements for many years - but the thing is now collapsing. (from old age) about the only things worth salvaging are the window seals....

It was very rusty B4 it hit mother earth - best left to RIP...

But Jeeze - the Cj handled like a roller skate sans top....

We had our hardtop on for the majority (except a few months one year) of the time we owned it (9 years)and never had any problems with handling or anything like that specialy never had any problems with it toppling over
