All i do is pull out the DOOR DEFEAT fuse (fuse 4 if i recall rightly). This is the fuse that controls the interior light when the doors are open....simple
By the way. Legally you only need 1 rear facing mirror on your vehicle, so in essence you don't even have to worry about the mirrors once your doors are off
Also keep your Manual with you in your jeep. In the manual itself the manufacturer states that the doors are ONLY to protect you from the elements and will not assisnt in an accident.
/off topic: Jeeps and Tigger, your avatars are rediculously huge, maybe we should take all the avatars off as well since i see them getting bigger by the day.

I noticed a sticker on the inside of the front of the roof that says that! I only noticed it today!
But I like my rear-view mirrors. They stop me unknowingly squashing smaller cars when changing lanes.
Unknowingly.

I think it's in the section where it talks about taking the soft-top off and also the doors. I can't remember the exact location but i do remember reading it.
Also...there is a sticker on the soft-top rail itself. I would recommend taking it off the soft-top and sticking it on the frame above the mirror or even the sun visors.
