Leonardo.. I strongly recomend going down the west coast.. then back up the east.
I missed the top eastern side.. but that was only because I liked port aurthur so much and stayed there for three days. DOO town is a cool place to have a giggle.. take yoru time and read every house's sign.

"Mt McCall Track" is a good one, just down from Queenstown. At the end of the track, is a walk or should i say, steep decline! The walk takes you down to the Franklin River. It took me about an hour all up, but i was going hard because my missus & kids were waiting in the Jeep(pissing rain). You have to fill out a permit & wash under your rig. Go to Parks & Wildlife Service in Queenstown for key & permit.

I ll, tell you when it more close to the date that i am going, i would love to meet some locals over there. My firts languange is spanish so yeh.
