I have a TJ and my economy (yeah, right) took a dive couple of weeks ago from 350/380 kms per tank (55 litres useable) to around 190 kms per tank. After much testing of sensors and my driving style, we came to the conclusion that O2 sensor was lazy and not adjusting quickly enough. I got it replaced with a Bosch unit and instantly my economy has gone back up to around 300+ kms.

I was also told that I should be a bit aggressive occassionally to burn off all carbon build up in the exhaust system. I am getting the cat and exhaust replaced next as its suspected that the cat is also clogged and pulling the economy down.

Changed both my 02 sensors two weeks ago. Bought both universal NKG for $150 the pair from http://www.injectacarb.com.au/oxygen...292ff38cbc474a. I cant believe the difference - better starting in cold weather (minus 3 the other day), better economy, idleing, acceleration, no petrol smell, no more error codes. Fanbloodytastic

My LPG 120L tank 90Usable, gets me over 500-550. i dont have a guage on the LPG so when ir runs out it runs out. but i usually fill up and get 80 In, so im getting 500-80L roughly which is 16/100 which isnt bad for 40 bucks. I might change my O2 sensors but they seem fine. im a heavy right footer too.
