if you have had a JK for a while, ho has your dash handled daily use etc???

March 07 build date and you need to be carefull with your dash particularly the passenger air bag front. Keys, rings and fingernails all leave impressions if careless. They dropped the ball in this area and hopefully by the time the dash really does get cut up some after market products may be available.

dash is very soft, already after a week I have a scatch on the passenger air bag side - but nothing you can do about it I suppose. Perhaps the after market guys will come up with a cover at some point as it seems a widespread complaint

i had mine replaced on the 1st service, when i picked my car up new there was a lot of scractches on it...so much for dealer delivery..................................i find using armour all on there stops it scratching...but they should have used a harder plastic like on the rest of the dash.

I remember Dad noticed that at the Car show. The JKs dash was a mess with scratches and we just thought it must have been vandalism

I've been to 2 car crashes, both very minor, but the passengers ended up with either a broken ankle, or the other with 4 teeth knocked out and a broken nose from the air bags deploying. Keep the feet of air bags as there is no time in an emergency to lower the feet out of the way
