Just back from Geelong, have delivered the car! Next time I see it it should sit nicely higher. Definitley the whole front strut being replaced, new bumpstops come with them and the springs (esp the rear) look a good deal bigger and heavier gauge so it's looking like this might just work!

If they can give me some measurements tomorrow I'll post them but once I pick up the car I'll be away from the computer for a couple of days.

Car is done, will pick it up either late this evening or first thing tomorrow. Final figures are up by 60mm in the front and 70mm in the rear . I know Dobinsons underquote but wow - a trifle more than I'd imagined even so. Pics will be posted later on. Ride is reported as "more stable", guess I'll find out what that means soon.

Very cool! When you get some photos would you mind getting one of the front struts - really interested in how they turn out.

No photos to upload yet, hopefully tomorrow. Car looks great and rides so much better. Less transmission of road surface changes / bumps through the body and less body roll (although the roll is different too, sitting up higher as it is). Overall I'm happy with the ride and reckon it will be money well spent.

Hi Bomber,

Are you happy with the Mickey Thomson ATZ in the mud?
I am trying to make up my mind to go with Cooper ST or MT ATZ.
BTW any problem fitting the spare behind the towbar?

Alfred
