at the moment, colour doesn't really matter(I like steelblue, silver, rescue green could be the an option?) as I was interested to see what was out there.

Guy, I will talk to you again tomorrow. I know I am a pain in the arse and I didn't know U had a rescue green CRD in stock. I have just been going around trying to test drive the auto which I have and am now happy to order one..

I would just like to add that Guy at Penrith Jeep (Salesguy on this forum) is doing an awesome job looking after me! I must be the worst client in the world, I call up almost everyday for more info and asking stupid questions... not to mention the 20 billions times i have wanted to change my order.... Sorry Guy

Not that it made me feel any better - but my neighbour told me (kindly the day after I took delivery of my car) that he has just sent Jeep AU a very large bill for taking up room on the Fremantle Quay (where he works).

Apparently they have had over 200 Wranglers sitting there for a few weeks. This issue is Pre Car who move them from the dock to their workshop for prep'ing and complying etc. Pre Car have been working at capacity trying to handle the volume of vehicles they deal with for some time and now there is beginning to be a fair back log. Before you blame Jeep too much - its not a Jeep issue - Pre Car handle everyone's imported vehicle compliance (except for Toyota who do it themselves).

That said - there must be others in the market that provide the service/manufacturers could always take Toyota's lead and do it themselves!

I ordered my Auto, CRD, 4 Door in Rescue Green today, will most probably go in for October production, wont see it until Jan (Worst case, so the dealer says)

You never know your luck Trent I ordered exactly the same combination as you (with the Renegade pack) 4 weeks ago and was told it might come in 6 weeks, which I interpreted as a minimum of 6 weeks, and yet two weeks ago they had one turn up out of the blue, so i only waited 2 weeks for mine. hope you strike it lucky too.
