standard rubicon 4.10's are fine wid 35's i run them have no problems with anything... and u will rub at full flex u need to adjust bump stops if u are thinking this...also will also rub on sway bar links

edit... from a mechanics point of veiw i wouldnt use wheels spacers either.... they have problems in there own the extra stress on ur hubs will loosen the spacer up unless u plan on checking this weekly i would recomend using then, that just me tho i have seen this happen more than once... even with offset rims ull have the same problem i think its much easier just checking the wheel nuts weekly rather than taking the hole rim off to check the spacer is still tight

i am running 35's on my petrol rubi and the gearing is fine both on and offroad. I am running 17's with 4.5 inchs of BS and has no rubbing issues at all. If you didnt want to lift it you would need to do a fender lift or whack on some xenon flares as this gives you an extra 100mm of guard clearance and would have to extend your bump stops. You would be limiting your up travel though.
I wouldnt go any wider than 33/12.5 on a standard rim

are you talking coil spacers or wheel spacers? We all have bump stops unless you took them off. If you run oversize tyres you would need to extend your bump stops or get yourself a body lift
