Is there any chance of causing problems on the CRD by removing the muffler? I have done this on all my older diesel's in the past, but was worried by the electronics and cat. convertor.

nah i took mine off 18months ago never had a drama and runs heaps better

Might as well extend and push the fumes and the soot out the back.

sry no picks mines only 2 months old and still sorting out a couple of warranty claims so I haven't started the mods yet.
