lol my GF is havin the same problem at the moment... my solution is to laugh ... then she slams it harded and presto, door closed
just have to remember they are a solid 4x4 beast, not a limp wristed girly car

Leaving the window down actually solves the problem? perhaps leave the vents in the fresh air position to prove the theory?
I hads problems shutting mine after fitting the sill guard plates till they squashed down a bit.
