JK haters then come in and attack the people having problems for buying a JK and believing Jeep will help them to resolve the issues and the pro-Jeep/jk people for liking their vehicles.

Of course then the people will problems take offense to both these other 2 groups and kick up a fuss about it.

And now some sheep comes along and thinks we thrash our vehicles, trash them deliberately in grass paddocks calling it 4wding and cry foul that its a warranty issue. This obviously stirrs up everyone.

did you release this statement on behalf of your messiah ?

Wow

This thread has reached epic level without me even opening my mouth. Just wondering if I had written something it would have been pure carnage. Now on a serious note fellows Jeepdate has had some problems with his Jeep and the dealers have been less than helpful so please stop bagging him, He is new to Jeep he will get used to it. On the other hand some of the problems he has mentioned are just funny. Mate you paid around 40-45k for the Jeep so dont expect it to have the same quality level of a 85grand truck. Even 85grand Disco4 will have warranty problems, Look at the massive recalls by so called reliable company Toyota and lexus recently and their initial attempts to hide it. One of my friends got rear ended by a RAV 4 about a year ago and the girl driving it said that the accelerator got stuck and the car accelerated even when she was trying to brake and we all laughed at her.

Some problems are caused by cheap mods like bushes for adjustable Track bar. Keep ur Jeep as close to original as possible while modding it.

Things will break get used to it and dont expect it to behave like a RAV 4 beacuse it aint a RAV 4, it is a vehicle with the older style drive train and suspension system with some modern electronics. So the ride comfort and handling is similiar to a 30-40 year old car get used to it.

For the record I go to atleast 1 C+/B trip atleast once every month the worst damage is dinged bumpers front and rear and bashed bash plates, and a broken side step. So I am not a Mallcrawler but a cautious driver who is aware of his vehicles capabilities and limitations. Only reason I dont have muddies and lockers yet is I am still trying to convince the ministry of fun and finances at the stage.

Have fun Jeeping and getting bogged
Mani
