So yeah....
Ordering a 3 core alloy Chinese rad
Every single thing is new, so im at a loss.

When driving on the weekend down hill it would drop to 80 odd till you accelerated again and back up to 95ish.
That was with a 82 tstat
Now has a 91 tstat.

I guess a head removal is in order?
Mine runs at 100 all the time. All the info on the net says this is normal for an xj.

Is that that grey plate thing under the springleafs?
Basicly yoke coming out of gearbox and diff yoke needs to be on the same angle or it cause the uni to be out of sync Causing the vibration.

uni unlike cv dont rotate at a consistant speed though rotation when on an angle so they run the uni 90deg oppisted from end to end so they cancel out the pulsation. But if the angles arnt the same once will have a greater speed changes through rotation causing a vibration

Richard that sounds like it could be a head off job. But the new rad a good idea sence going to a tripple core alloy cheap radator i havnt been able to even get to 100 towing up a hill

RB, considered maybe the temp sender is actually faulty (can't recall anymore if we already covered this possibility or not) ? My fuel gauge is weird every now and then, and can recall that once my temps were also all over the place for no good reason...
