Yes it is Roler.

It's not normally needed. But because I have lifted the Jeep and also installed a SYE, the angle of the pinion needs to be very close to parallel to the drive shaft. ( approx. 1° below)
It's to take the excessive angle away from the uni joint, to remove vibration and prolong the life of the uni and the pinion seal and bearings.

In my case it has definitely smoothed out acceleration, and highway cruise no longer has a slight vibe.

100 is not normal, 95 is normal temp for an Xj....

That is also dependant on the type of tailshaft used, the advice offered is suitable for a stock tailshaft, if you're running a DC tailshaft with a SYE then it's not the go...

You still on stock gears RB?

Towing your little trailer shouldn't cause the temp to shoot up, have you done a compression test?

Yah stock gears
I know that adds to it but how many others havent re geared and are fine...

Yes compression test done. #2 was a little lower than the rest. Not much.
