Made the decision regarding the radiator to take it out and have it checked and tested by a shop nearby. Since its only 5 yrs old and copper, a repair under $150 might be worth it. Guess there is really only 1 way to find out.
Best case scenario its a seal and a partially blocked core. I thought to decline their $560 radiator for now....

Only hit 100 when i was flat foot from 10 to 140

Fixed my cooling issues didn't go over 95 even while pushing it woohooo next week suspension upgrade for the rear and leds muahagga

Stripped and cleaned starter brushes.
Flushed the 'mud' from cooling system. Heater core was filthy.
Drilled and test fitted the recovery hooks I'm making just need to get bolts and cut holes in bumper.

Would grade 5 or grade 8 bolts be better? I thought grade 8 was stronger but have read a few saying grade 5 have a greater shear strength.
