thanx for the kind words - most of my bodging/ tinkering & fettling has stemmed from necessity LoL - I have posted my headset thread on the SJC website as well and it seems I must have the noisiest JK on the planet - not sure if its my light bar or what but others don't seem to have a problem talking @ 110kph D'oh LoL cheers Hunty

I think its a 07 2DR JK issue, I cant hear the misses when doing 80kph let alone 110kph. Thinking of putting a thin strip of weather strip on the front of the soft top to see if it stops some wind.

The Mrs & I have had a chance to test out the new comms and it is way better than I had assumed - its kinda light flying in a big jet and Jax & I can now enjoy chatting in relative quiet & peace - hightly recommended!
