I have the Murchison lift in mine and quite happy. Got about 50mm in the rear and a bit over 60mm in the front. Ride is a bit more firm than stock, and it can get slightly unsettled over some bumps at speed. Overall though I'm very happy, and the 275mm ground clearance is great!
I'm about to book in for the murchison lift, seems to me that almost everyone is very happy with the outcome. Just wondering for those that tow, how do you find the extra height on the towbar?? I have enough trouble trying to get my camper off the towbar now as the self levelling suspension raises with the jockey wheel. Any issues or tips??
Just be wary with the dobinson set up, i cnt speak for others but my 2012 CRD has the dobinson 40mm lift (springs and shocks) and I cant get an annoying top out knocking noise in the front and back to go. have tried almost everything. Im talking knocking just on the tarmac let alone in the dirt.
well i need the dobinsons due to the extra weight i am carrying up front . I am sure darren knows what he is doing as he is highly regarded so if there are any issues he will fix it
. he suggested to me to go the dobinsons struts so yer i trust his pov
