[QUOTE=Jimmyb;1581353]An interesting thing, I spotted this XJ in Thailand recently.

Built well, like ones we have in Australia, but the pricetag on this one is 750'000thb which is near on 28k AUD

have a look at that sucker. Its obviously a stage 6 XJ. I like it, but i wouldn't even get out my driveway before i got pulled over. Thats what i like about south east asia. Anything goes. I see he has squeezed a double din stereo in the post update model. Is that common? I squeezed one into my pre-update but it was a ton of work.

Cheers,

Double DIN stereos in updates is not common.
It is do-able but a ton of work. The hardest part is the unit interferes with the AC ducting and that needs work to fit.

Picked up a set of 5 brand new JK Rubicon rims, and yeah my XJ picked up another gremlin! Fun never stops! But wrapped with the new rims.

What are you going to do to fit them.

Are they the late model Rubi wheels, I've been after a set of them for my WH for a while.

Yeah they are the latest model/type 17x7.5 offset 44, I found a set of 5 brand new in the box! All for $450 of Gumtree, and the seller even drove an hour and a half my way so I did not have to drive that far to collect them. Lucky find!

But will have to fix the gremlin the XJ had today first, symptoms point towards a Crankshaft Crank Position Sensor, but will play around with a few other things first to rule them out.
