Transfer was leaking
I thought it was the input shaft being too short after swapping to np231
Well no
It was the front seal plate leaking
Then i still had a leak
From the speedo sensor
When i removed the sensor it went "POP"
Transfer had pressurized

Bloody breather was blocked and well the pressure was finding a way out

I took my Parnell Prins vapour injection LPG off the car. Its up for sale on here for $350ono or whatever someone thinks its worth. The tank was out of date, so i gave it back to the original installer to decommission.
I have a long range tank now, so just decluttering the Jeep.

Put a fuel filter in this morning. Replace a fuse for the Derale transmission cooler. Adjusted the rear brakes. Stops pretty good at the moment considering she has abs and 33's.

Planning to put disc brakes from a ZJ on the back. Just looking at all the parts, as i want to retain the ABS.

Also ordered all the parts for my 95 OBD1 fuel rail upgrade. Have got the higher pressure FPR coming from Rockauto. New plugs, new coil, new cap and rotor. Also had a set of 777 reconditioned injectors delivered. Will update on how that turns out.

I thought my transmission was whirring, but after a while realized its the airconditioning. Its not to bad, but must be a bearings starting to go somewhere.

All in all, the Jeep is going pretty good. Not sure if i like the Brown Dog motor mounts.. they are the rubber version, but it makes the Jeep very agricultural.. lot more vibes and noise due to their stiffness.

I had a slight smell of coolant in the car last week. It was probably a weep from the heater core. There is no way i am going to tackle that job, so i did some research on the new types of additives that can repair the pin hole from the inside. I settled on some K-Seal. Very clean looking liquid with a good write up. It supposedly doesnt gunk up the system like all the old shit. Anyway, i ran some through and it has fixed the weep. No more smells. The coolant also still looks really green and clean.

Cheers,

Threw some new spark plugs in the Thai XJ today, runs considerably better, even better when my new leads turn up off Ebay. List of problems is slowly getting shorter.
