Spent the past few days dealing with a oil leak that looked like a failed rear main seal. Turned out to be the 6 alan headed bolts in the adapter plate had worked their way loose & 1 had fallen out. It probably explained why the clutch had become spongy. The bolts had wavy flat washers. I replaced the washers with proper spring lock washers, used thread lock on the thread & silicone around the top of the bolts. No more oil leaks!
Clutch has done around 200,000km & looks less that 1/2 worn on the plate.
Found a couple of G clamps are a must for helping get the GB back in.
The little red tab on the back electrical plug is a PITA until you work out to pull it sideways to unlock the plug.

That feeling when the new thermostat you install is faulty, and goes from 80deg to 100deg depending on how much throttle you give it changed with an identical unit, sits at 95-98 all the time. yay!

And i thought my build was finished LMAO

Nearly finished this small mod.
I lifted the shock mounts up on the diff so the upper mounts have to go upwards too.

switched 2" front lift springs from white to black one, along with poly bushed LCA

what a bitch!..axle displaced rearward about 2" and sideways about 1/2"

these issues partially caused by taller springs

luckily , I had an inkling it might be like this, and had a hand winch and vehicle in front and side, damm lucky, had to winch & strap it sideways, then forward for each LCA rear bolt...maxxed out my winch to move the axle sideways enough to reconnect my trackbar bolt, not a whisper of any of this BS in FSM of course..read AFTER, a few things can be tried to avoid this problem, but strapping and winching are to be expected

To undo my LCA bolts needed a hydraulic jack, presumably loctite had been applied
