How many kms are you guys getting before they start coming off, I assume it's to do with the oil build up making them slip off. Or are they streching as they get old.

Tdwrangler your from the northern beaches right? Might be able to get something for both jeeps, don't really want to get stuck somewhere.

Hi guys,

any update from the samcosport hoses?

I send them an email the other day and they replied:
Quote:
We have several kits available for the
wrangler CRD but you will need to send your part numbers off your original
hoses to confirm which hoses you require. Below is a list of the kits
available;

Jeep Year Hoses Type KIT
Cherokee CRD UK/European Models (2.5 & 2.8 Ltr Diesel Turbo with 51mm
Turbo) 2001 ~ 2004 2 Turbo TCS-397
Cherokee CRD UK/European Models (2.5 & 2.8 Ltr Diesel Turbo with 42mm
Turbo) 2001 ~ 2004 2 Turbo TCS-491
Liberty CRD U.S. Models (2.8 Ltr Diesel Turbo Engines) 2003 ~ 2007 2
Turbo TCS-380
However, the hoses we have are:

55056639ΑΒ και
55056660ΑC

and I am not sure a. if they fit, and b. which one to order (since I got no reply from them yet)

Any tips?

Hey guys,
I've just sold my CRD JK.
This thread has just reminded me - I'd forgotten about my spare KOAS intercooler pipes.

I carried them for spares in my c/trailer incase I blew the OEMs.
They have the lip on the ends, so they don't come off.

I'm pretty sure I have them sitting my camper trailer tool box.

If anyone wants a set of pipes and silicone joiners - flick me a PM.

I just received my KAOS performance intercooler alloy turbo pipes for my jk. After a very long road trip I have some things to fix before installing them, but they look great and I can't wait to see them fitted to check out what kind of performance boost they give.

Well, eventually none of the samco hoses fits the JK ones,

so they will have to create new ones. Mark (from Samcosports) told me he'll look into it when he gets back from SEMA (next week). We need 6 to 8 sets to go ahead with the new hoses, and we are already 4 (location does not matter). Cost I assume will be similar to the KJ ones (around $300 ? for the set of 2).

So any of you guys interested please come forward ..

Thanks !

Costas
