hey man
it always going to be like that some for some against i was just giving my opinions.

i guess everyone has different opinions on every business they deal with not just within the Jeep industry

and for shops like these to continue business for so long there must be more people happy with the service than not (just my thoughts)

cheers

Or in WA we just have limited options so attitudes like "take it or leave it" exits and can thrive when they shouldn't.
Refuse to deal with Eddie on a purely poor attitude to customers basis despite there being nothing wrong with the products.

Attitude sucks, + his parts are overpriced just because when were desperate for something he usually has it. Ill only ever use him in an emergency situation. He's a knob end of story..

this is probably a dead thread but not anymore haha eddie has never given me good service EVER!!! i have had to go to him a few times and i mean...he was my last resort as i needed parts now. his service is crap! i was asking him simply if it was hard to change a rear uni in the driveshaft when i first got my jeep and he comes back with a comment" well if you dont know how to do it you probaly should be owning a jeep, its very complicated and take a lot of time"

ummm if thats not a load of bullshit i dont know what is!!! thanks to his "encouragement" i undertook the task of doing it myself and guess what!!! i did it with no problems, shows that his running a loyal business hey

eddie is a last resort for me as a jeeper and im sure other WA jeepers feel the same way, customer service is very important and he doesnt provide this to a satisfactory level at all in my opinion. i like to give business's good recommendations, and i usually do as my experience dealing with majority of them are quite good but you get the good with the bad and everytime i walk out of that place i feel iv been robbed..

were supossed to help each other out in the jeep community! not squeeze us for every dollar we have.

just my opinion anyways

Used Eddie twice, never again! Pretty arrogant fellow he was on both occasions.
And this is 4WD USA in Perth, not USA 4x4 in Vic by the way!!
Personally I get my suspension etc from Wooders...

I was going to order some gear from 4wd1 for my other 4by but bugger them now!

I've bought from Kirk a few times in the past and never had a problem with the service that he supplied.

I've also used 4WD1, only 3 times but they delivered quickly. Cant say much more as I knew what I wanted and just bought it and got it shipped. No problems with them at all. I've used Wooders a lot more though

Cheers
Steve
