Ive bought a ally basket/rack which fits nicely on top the size of this basket is 1500L x 1000W. havnt taken a photo as yet but should have another pic in a few days.

this has been discussed in other threads but:

Your front is attached to the body.
Your back is attached to the chassis.

The back would be better attached to the body.

Other models have it attached somewhere on the tub (like behind the taillights) and then just under the tub, above those rubber washer things that are on the chassis.

Something to think about.

That's a good point Big-T...especially when going off roading, heaps of body twist.

Actually the whole thing be better attached to the Chassis- transfer loads and stresses straight to the strong bit rather than the body. Of course I have absolutely no Idea how to do this I was looking at it myself and the only thing I can suggest is to have it mount to the leading edge of a rock rail or s/step by removing the spray guard behind the front flares....

Otherwise attach all to the body but, well thats my piece anyway.

Looks really nice, I like!!

Could you take closer pictures of how you have attatched it to the Jeep?
It will give a good indication of the rigidity!
