A bit of an update:

Rear bar is mounted, have to get the grinder out to fit the front bar. Pics tomorrow

Head has been sent away for pressure test and valve regrind.
Block has been sent away for the wallet hurting
The block out of my donor was in really bad shape, got very hot, and when I say hot, the bore was blue. The oil pickup was covered in carbon, at some point it has either lost oil pressure or had very low oil pressure, the crank can hopefully be linished and the bore honed, but just waiting for the report from the machine shop.

Then its all systems go, a fresh motor, I wont even know myself!!

Here are the pics of my rear bar:

I got the grinder out, trimmed my front guards, and fitted my front bumper.

After all that I didn't need to trim them but was going to trim the small section out anyway.
Pick up my sliders tomorrow, that's the next job.
Next week my snorkel should arrive and hopefully get the report from my bottom end
