Insect repellent, your own pillow and a kettle. Also reckon those butane single burner stoves are the best thing!

And the worst things I have ever bought are a dual fuel lamp and stove. Pumping them up to pressure sucks and the stove is downright scary.

Well...ain't that funny. I've got the D/F lamp and stove, and they have both been fantastic.

I have the 2-burner, and it has always lit first go, as has the lamp.

Pressure? If you bother to replace the pump cup every year or so, it takes no effort at all. If you even oil it one in a while it helps.

Some people just can't work them....

I'd never go back to that silly gas bottle - ever again.

I lurve my dual fuel lantern. There's just something about that whole gas noise/smell/danger thing that makes it exciting. Camping is boring with fluro lights.

I think the other thing that's important when camping is a welcome mat. It's great to put at the door of the tent expecially in the bush to wipe your feet before getting into the tent. Works well.
