Had lockers and new diff gears fitted. Work was slow but seems to be good work.
I picked up the car without solid diff covers and was told to come back later for them. 10 calls, countless emails and one answered call where I was told I'll ring back tomorrow later. I guess it's time to give up by all accounts.
It's dissapointing after what seemed to be a good deal at a reasonable price.

fair trading or something more extreme seems the go (police) essentially he is stealing multiple customers moneys, buy not delivering on promissed work, or not doing the job properly.
This isnt a one of case, seems to be every second customer from this forum. So rather than more threads on the matter, seems more action is required
Been to VCAT end of November against Solid Axle, Danny didn't appear and the magistrate ruled in my favor. Currently I'm going through a warrant to seize property.
No idea if he is still trading though, phone is not being picked up (never), fax is not working and e-mails in disguise are also not being answered.
