I had some up on top ages ago.
So as to prevent me getting defected, some nice guy stole them on an overnight stay in Coffs.

Got the winch installed tonight, earth lead only just long enough with the wide motor and earth connection right on the end of the motor, and the JK having the battery right over in the opposite corner.

Now the winch is bolted down tight, with the lights slid all the way forward in the stock brackets (with the brackets still facing back) they need to go forward about 15 to 20 mm. So will either modify the stock ones or make something up to suit. If I make something up I will give you a yell oldmac.

I had the same drama. A small bit of flat steel an locking nuts do the job. I'll take a pic this arvo if you would like?

Where do you have your control box mounted, mines in the normal position above the winch but I need to move it and I'm looking for ideas, anyone else have there's mounted elsewhere pics would be good.
