2012 CRD Laredo with 48k km for $46k drive away from Melbourne City Jeep back in Feb. Dark charcoal colour. No mechanical issues so far and just ticked over 60k k. It's our daily drive and averages 8.5l/100km with combined city/country of about 65/35. We couldn't be happier.

46k for a 2012 laredo i would say that was a bit expensive but all that matters is you were happy.

I bought my 2011 CRD about 10 weeks ago with 124K on the clock. Full service history, UHF, Electric brakes & break away unit.
Yes it was a tow wagon & you can follow their trip around Oz by the service history.
It does have a few marks & stone chips, but hey I paid $31k from a dealer with the 3 year & 175k warranty.

Already done 10k in it, including 1000k towing duties (car trailer).

Loving it!!!!

It was the lowest km used CRD on the market in Australia at the time. Less than 50,000km on the clock. Most others were pushing 100,000km or more (some a lot more). Was it a bit expensive? Probably but about $4k - $6k. There were also two of us that made an offer to buy it at the same time which the dealer would have loved. We were actually given the option to buy brand new for $54,000 drive away since they had the offer from the other guy first. I should have pushed that more and for a bit cheaper again... But there's been too many issues with the 2013/2014 models so I was a bit hesitant about the newer model. I also know the 5 speed is stronger than the new 8 speed even if it means sacrificing a bit of fuel efficiency. The only thing I miss, is the new cluster and centre console screens....

Re-insured for $45k with AAMI in April too.

We're happy. It's higher than standard (and I still don't know why) and we're getting a bullbar and some ATs ASAP. Looking forward to some off road action.

And regardless, I stand by my opinion of the Jeep Grand Cherokee being the best value for money full sized, 4x4 on the market in Australia. And we LOVE that it doesn't have 7 seats.

Buying in Feb would have been a MY2015 which have had zero issues.
